Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can sometimes lead to unexpected changes in your pet's grooming schedule.
Here at 4 Paws Dog Spa Salon, we aim to provide the best service possible while maintaining a fair and consistent policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations & Rescheduling must have a 24 hour notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact us as soon as possible.

For all reschedules know that we may not be able to accommodate your preferred time as we book weeks to months in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your grooming cost.

Late Arrivals

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. However, please notify us if you will be arriving late for your appointment. Even 5 minutes is considered late and throws off the schedule.

In the event that you arrive 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply.

NO-SHOWS

If you fail to show up for your appointment the full grooming service cost will be charged. NO EXCEPTIONS
Repeat Offenders

Clients with a history of frequent last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be asked to prepay for their grooming services or have their appointments limited to specific times.
